It’s in addition to the voter banks. It’s about targeted voter manipulation by foreign government that colluded with Elon Musk and the Trump campaign. It’s highly illegal and the article has enough receipts to be legally actionable.

It’s like the Cambridge Analytica scandal on steroids—and directly tied to Trump and his campaign.
