1. CDC is not able to write laws. 2. Mandates are not laws. 3. The POTUS also cannot write laws. 4. For any new law to be enforced, it must first be written and introduced as a bill, argued over and voted on, and ultimately (if a positive vote) must be enacted by president..., if federal law. None of this has transpired, in the USA, including in any state, so everyone must ignore these, "mandates". Then Americans affected by the mandate(s), who'd now have standing, must sue the entity requiring any such thing. THIS is how our constitution works. Joe Biden, as well as CDC, are not royalty. None of them may decree (and expect folk to follow through) anything, particularly when an, "emergency order", has been overextended by 24 months. Emergency powers are good for 30 days, and may not be renewed, unless and until it is proven that something has happened making it more emergent. THIS has not happened. Most Americans have been snowed. Most are fools. Most have no clue how, "our government", was initiated and meant to work. None of these jerks are the boss of me (to boot!)
