Went to read the article in HuffPost. I am stunned. Other things I've read were just reports on individual items. This one put it all together. No idea how bad it has become there. It was challenging before. This is way beyond challenging. It is frightening. As you know, I have never been able to entirely shed the feeling of intrusion into my life every time I interact with the "old guard" in Idaho. But this isn't even the old guard. This is something else, way beyond the autocracy of the old guard. It is dangerous, and leaves my stomach in knots. Even as far away as I am, I feel threatened.
