Lynell, thank you so much for this affirmation. I needed to hear that. It can feel pretty isolating where I am, especially since Covid is going through here pretty hard again, and too many people still have the idea it's over! The party I've spent so much time trying to get to stop pretending things were ok suddenly had an epiphany when they began to realize it wasn't. I was ready to resign, feeling unheard. We now have a new director who has sent a letter out stating the obvious: we are in disarray and the party needs fixing. He has experience here so knows the dynamics. I am encouraged. Still may need to resign, but if I do, it will be for personal reasons, not disillusionment.
