It occurs to me, as an in-state resident, you could contact Virginia House Campaign Chair Delegate Dan Helmer, who is in charge of flipping the Virginia state house blue. He might have a list of the Democratic House candidates best positioned to win their races. Unfortunately, I’m not aware of a state senate counterpart. While I intend also to inquire, as someone out-of-state, I might not get very far.
