A state within a state? Hizb has nothing. It has no economy, no technology, no industry. It just had 500 sets of eyes blown out, and a has been eating Israeli JDAMs and missiles for years. They do nothing because they can do nothing. When Hizb rockets "hit" they are oversized firecrackers. When Israeli bombs land you know everything is destroyed and everyone is dead. Hassan Nassrallah talks endless crap but is a gutless coward. And just because one random Israeli general was dissatisfied that the 2006 war wasn't the typical Israeli smackdown that they are so used to doesn't mean that Hizb won the war. The Israelis act with impunity because they can. They bomb because they can, they commit acts of terrorism because they can, they butcher children BECAUSE THEY CAN. One of the biggest issues the Arabs had / have is being immune to evidence; an affliction you seem to suffer from too.
