Suddenly my subscriptions took off 🛫 How did that happen?

In the last few months I've been working hard on a growth strategy for my newsletter.

Mind you, it wasn't the first time I was starting an online business or community from scratch.

But things that did work for me on other platforms in the past, often didn't work on Substack.

Suddenly, it's starting paying off…

There is no secret formula to achieve instant growth on any platform. But I have identified 3 key elements that are working for me:

1. Be laser-focused in your strategy

2. Be smart about collaborations

3. Leverage time-sensitive content
