The SPM goal is profit and staying in power - fundamental rights Life Liberty and Property aren't even discussed anymore because the Profit Class have those things and they are safe and secure in Their "zones" because the SPM serves them in valuable consideration for rendering government and thus all of society 100% reliant on The Profit Class for all government spending money. So the Profit Class is the eye atop the Pyramid, the government class is the next stratification below - a demilitarized zone - between The Profit Class and the masses. The media floats atop the masses occasionally a hand reaches down and says "wanna come up for a while, we got a story for you to write or else I'm going to have to let you go".
