Losses of Reich and its allies on Eeastern front are not much lower than Soviet losses (something around 1 to 1.2/1.3).

The majority of Soviet losses from 27 mln are civilians and POWs, which were starved to death in concentration camps. Compare this to German POWs in Soviet camps, where almost all of them returned home despite Soviets themselves at that time had problems with feeding them.
