I wonder how Trump will react when he finally gets that the DS in inextricably entwined with Israel.

He's vowed to take down the one and been dutifully sucking up to the other. SOMETHING has to give.

Problem for Israel is not anything Trump has done, but (what I believe to be) the fact that he is not owned/compromised by them and his support for them mostly derives from his cluelessness about the history and dynamics of the ME.

Meaning there is some risk of his figuring things out and going off the reservation.

Which they rightly view as a huge threat.
