Absolutely not! Those characteristics merely give him a different MOTIVATION for killing Kennedy than some type of true believer patriotism. That patriotic true believer world view might well have motivated some of his tools, but not likely Allen Dulles himself- That boy was out to even the score over a personal grudge + effectively take over the government of the USA and make a boatload of money for him and his circle.

It's ironic, in USSR, the other politburo & military leaders took Beria into the basement and shot him in the back of the head for trying a coup move like that- While In the USA, everybody in a position to know what had occurred just went along with "the official story" & Allen Dulles got to die of old age and have a nice obituary in the NY Times.
