He is a traitor because he lied and covered up - both with respect to the funding for and activities of the Wuhan lab and China's role in releasing and spreading the Covid-19 virus. He also played a seminal role in the oppression of the American public during the pandemic and he likely profited to a significant extent from his misdeeds. I have no problem with him being brought to trial. I have a huge problem with him not being brought to trial and him being given a blanket pardon for crimes not even revealed. That is not the hallmark of a moral society or good civic order.
