Why does Russia need to advance when NATO is so conveniently dribbling in penny packets of its gear to be destroyed?
I doubt any general or national leader, anywhere, has ever had such a convenient task of demilitarizing an opponent and all of its allies.
An analysis of what NATO is actually contributing shows that NATO is not doubling down - what is actually happening is ever smaller and smaller cash and gear shipments.
The cluster munitions are being sent because NATO is literally out of 155mm shells, for example, and the 105mm makeup guns are basically worthless because they are much shorter ranged than either the NATO 155mm or the Russia 152mm doing counterbattery.
The US is denuding Taiwan even of generation old AA/AD systems - I'm sure China appreciates that.
It doesn't seem like you have even a marginally accurate understanding of what is actually going on, militarily.
