Please follow my page as much as possible. I get my information directly from my CDC sources some were sadly fired last week, but others remain inside, risking everything to keep me informed about Bird Flu.
I report on Bird Flu, COVID-19, Tuberculosis, Measles, and other infectious diseases.

Regardless of RFK Jr being confirmed as HHS secretary, I will continue to provide evidence based health education on social media. We need more helpers now more than ever.
I’m no constitutional law scholar, but shouldn’t the Democratic members of congress be filing for restraining orders to stop each of the illegal (meaning contrary to the constitution or federal statutes) acts of Trump or his proxies? Why are they leaving it to the states and individual citizens?

Trump and Vance beclowned themselves in their meeting with Zelenskyy. They came across as weak, petty little bullies. Zelenskyy’s position will now be strengthened around the globe while America continues to sink further and further into disrepute.

To every Trump supporter calling me a traitor because I’m “rooting” against my own country: When my own country is on the wrong side in a fight for freedom, sovereignty and democracy, I will root against my own country. Every single time. If that makes me a traitor, so be it.

Dear Noah, I subscribe 100% to the practical conclusions you draw: a) Europe has to step up, b) Europe can manage - if they want to. Where you lose me is in accepting that the criticism to European free speech or implied repression of silent majorities is sincere. There is no two ways one could look at this. These positions are disingeneous at best, offensive at the very least. First, on free speech: The US position comes from US interpretation. Is it free speech or ‘hate speech’ that we allow in X? X has become a cesspool of conspiracy theories in less than 24 months. Why is a European position that whatever the standards are in printed media, they have to apply to digital media too so wrong? Because, that is what the Digital Services Act and GDPR ask for. Is it wrong because it implies cost or behavioral change of Internet giants that happen to be US based? Or, why is the French concept of ‘laicite’’ - agnosticism towards religious expression in the public sphere and thus strict relegation of religious practice to the private sphere wrong? If you ask a French person this agnosticism and strict equality for all religions is a foundational principle? In the US this administration would say Christians are being discriminated against.
Or, which country has dealt better than any other with Denazification? Germany - and is it not obvious that they would enshrine in their constitution that they will never again allow a Nazi party to emerge? How should they do this, if not by being vigilant? They observe the AFD, but AFD is allowed to run for election, like any other party. There is an enormous amount of arrogance or ignorance, or both, criticising EU countries of repression: Russian meddling is uncontested fact - payments to LePen in France, payments to the Lega in Italy are facts. In the US all of this would be intolerable and not tolerated. Fear for democracy in Europe, when we are faced with an administration that still denies the results in 2020, that pardons people that have been found guilty after due process. We have unelected billionaires running the show. Don’t give this administration the benefit of the doubt. unfortunately there is no doubt.
