Like. Like. Like. Yes. Those people who decide all these things are gods who live on a lofty spot in the clouds. I don't know a whole lot about economics except what my wallet, the Quicken app, and my accounts tell me. Strange thing is, there are millions more average people out there just like me. They're not buying the lie from Mt. Olympus. They too are broke even after a raise. I have to think these gods of economicus and financicus do not go to the grocery store. Or they have enough money that they are impervious to cost increases. So far, the rest of us still have eyes and brains. Although we've lost legs and arms paying for needed items or services. For the record, it's a Recession for the serfs.
