I've heard rules prohibit EUA when there's a viable therapy. If they pushed vax EUAs knowing the therapies worked that constitutes fraud. When a crime results in injuries, it becomes homicide. Accessories in the media and industry are also culpable. They won't all receive justice, but many will.
