For me, the worst and most revealing part was the seizure of the data UNRELATED to whatever tizzy NZ was in…even data on plant genomes that is there precisely so it can be available to global medical researchers and medicinal crop growers in all time zones.

Right now we *also* need ‘genomic-genetic-pharmacovigilance literacy.’ We aren’t in Kansas anymore, and Oz isn’t a separate existence. My 2cents
