Please tell me where you've gotten that information about transition surgery and anorgasmia, because all of my research indicates otherwise. Sure, such a drastic surgery can eliminate the ability to orgasm, especially when a phenotypic male tries to make a pseudo-vagina out of the skin of his penis. Doing so, the nerves that contribute to orgasm can be cut, but that's not the intent of the surgery, any more that it is for a prostatectomy. Nonetheless, even females who have had the distal portion of their clitorises removed ("circumcision" as a pitifully inadequate name) can often orgasm simply by massaging the scar, as I recall that African model saying, the one who had that horrible experience and is a crusader against it. After all, orgasm is in the brain, not the genitals.

And of course, teenagers aren't ready to make that choice, which is why they have parents and medical professionals experienced in the matter to help them. Why should the government get involved, especially since the motive for such intervention is often more religio-political than medical? I don't see how any such government interference in a very situation-dependent matter improve the teenager's medical outcome. Are you more concerned with something other than that particular teenager's wellbeing? If so, what?

As for the Deep State and the Establishment, you seem to have simply described the entire federal government and the upper 1% wealth bracket. (I note that you haven't mentioned state and local governments -- are they part of the "Deep State," too?) Are there any government workers who are not part of the "Deep State?" If so, how can you tell the difference?

According to Google, there are approx. 2.1 million federal government employees and 19.7 state and local employees. That represents an enormous amount of institutional inertia that you seem to be interpreting as some kind of organized, massive, conspiracy, despite having not offered any way to look for evidence of this "Deep State" organization.

Government is a machine made of over 21 million people. It's an old machine, as old as humanity, and our version of that machine has been going for over two centuries. Trump is an ignorant fool, whereas Biden has been operating the government machine for decades. In a way, it's not Trump's fault (beyond hubris on an epic scale) because asking any outsider to operate that machine is like a race car driver who thinks that just because he drives a car well, he can to pilot a helicopter. When the idiot race car driver crashes, is it the helicopter's fault?

So, how is your "Deep State" different than simply "partly-decentralized, conflictingly organized organization with 21 million members?" And please remember, the absence of evidence is not evidence.

P.S. I liked your linked comment, although I wonder about all those Nazi connections, but not in the way you mean. Every business in Germany at the time supported the Nazis, willingly or unwillingly, and each of those businesses was connected, directly or indirectly, to all of the world's financial institutions and material providers. (The financing of war is fascinating, with the same suppliers often dealing with both sides.) Should we ostracize them all? I note that the "de-Bathification" of Iraq didn't go so well, so I'd hate to repeat that experience here.

That said, I don't want to give a pass to those who knowingly abetted the Nazi's because they either agreed with their goals or didn't care, and the links you cite, while suggestive, don't quite make Prescott Bush a racist, Nazi-loving, worldkiller, although he certainly associated with them. What that means we should do about Prescott's children, I don't know. Sadly, I think Nazi-style thinking is pretty common for a lot of rich people who buy into the Social Darwinism line, then as now.

But I definitely applaud your support for the ESG movement. I don't think any of us should invest with people who deliberately hurt the environment and other people.

Btw, why on Earth are you citing Webster Griffin Tarpley, a disciple of Lyndon LaRouche and devotee of the "all-caps" style? While he seems to be citing details, I wish you'd found a more credible source, as I'd go crazy trying to fact-check all of his assertions.
