We usually stayed in Miami Beach, it was a nice place, nothing over the top crazy expensive where we stayed, really we enjoyed it a family of three, now 4. I guess that is Miami Dade, hubby's cousin has a house in Broward County Pompano Beach, have not been there in years, as she rents the house out now that both parents have passed. They used to stay there over the whole winter months, come back rejuvenated. Years, I mean years back we stayed at the Sheraton, went across to the Bal Harbor Stores, it was Neiman Marcus where I saw a purse hubby thought it was $300 and balked saying you have to add 50% as our dollar was, still is the pits. The lady behind the counter said $3000, hubby's face was priceless, said let's get out of here. Funny, I would never even if I could afford it at the time. I digress, but we had wonderful times and memories of Florida. Perhaps, soon Lord willing. Cheers.
