I didn't run it as a waterfall. Every contact went to all 10 providers in parallel, so each one is graded on what it finds on its own, not on the scraps left behind.
Then I layered validation:
Trestle to confirm if the number is a mobile number.
IPQS to confirm the name on file matches the prospect
Sureconnect to score pickup likelihood
What's in the benchmark:
Coverage per provider
Mobile coverage inside that
Wrong-number rate (does the number actually belong to the prospect)
Still-in-service rate
Pickup likelihood
Cost per number, per mobile, per valid mobile
Unique numbers and overlap between providers
Ranking per persona
Ranking per company size
What would you want to see in it that's not on the list?
