The NY Times was atrocious in its early reporting about the invasion of Iraq. I have not given up my negative opinion of Thomas Friedman. I have found a great deal of fault with the two major newspapers of the country and immense gratitude as well. We are in strong disagreement about whether the MSM is 'doing so much of the radical right's work for them'. Yes, Joan, we agree about almost everything and there is mutual respect. Where attention belongs might be a matter of contention between us.
