Thanks Anne, but I'd be willing to ask myself about "tough to keep the money coming" when the American military budget exceeds 800 billion annually, and currently interest on Federal debt exceeds military spending. I honestly don't know how progress has been, but we know, just from looking around, education is an enormous payoff.
