I can take on a bit of a tangent though, and keep the conversation going: the Oklahoma bombing by Timothy McVeigh in the 90es was allegedly ignited by a van full of explosive parked in the lower level garage inside the building, right?

Turns out this exact setup happened a few years ago in another terrorist attempt, I don't remember the details unfortunately: a van full explosive parked inside a big concrete building.

Well, nothing happened. Garage charred, few windows blown up, damage to cars inside the underground lot, but no consequences whatsoever to the building. Very, very interesting...
