It's not who has the most cash that the fighting's about - it's about who can destroy all the stuff that the cash can buy, until there's no weapons and soldiers left, for love or for money

The US is near run out of weapons already - is neither inclined nor able to make any more in good time - plus are making noises about fighting another war with China for which they'll need at least some guns and ammo

So..what these decision makers want or not is out of their hands, they are , or shortly will be, bereft of the means and capacity of any material action to further their inclinations or 'decisions'

This is the strategy - to encourage westie to continue to think he's still capable of making decisions, to thinking he can still 'win', to the point where the last of those poor leopards and whatever is destroyed
