I saw this article today, and I thought that you would agree with the sentiments expressed
My reaction is that this article, the subject and attitudes in general to the subject, is a particularly US concern, and one essentially interested in and addressed to internal politics and ‘who we are’ style debates
Whatever discussions and negotiations take place with or within the RF or with/within China, as far as I know, are kept secret, because ‘Raison d’ État’
It would be helpful if you could point to an active debate taking place in Russia, or in China, or in anywhere except, please, Israel
