I'm not sure if you mean to say that China or RF has more influence or less insofar as the actions of NK are concerned - given it is widely understood that their relations are close, and closely calibrated - it could hardly be otherwise

China's support for NK has been evident since the Korean war

And something like 2 or 3 million NK live in China

This is extremely unlike the situation between the UK and France, even if some Uk's live in France and vice versa

In this case it is fairly sure their, NK, China, RF, common interests are aligned

And that these preclude or make redundant any other necessary initiative as far as AA are concerned

You should not show such contempt for China - if you have an interest in expressing your views on their affairs
