My beloved daughter weighed 1 pound, 13 ounces at birth. She came three months early.
Her doctor told me she might not make it and, if she did, she would likely be disabled.
Eighteen years later, she’s on the honor roll at school. She’s written an entire YA book by herself. She is involved in theater. She stands up to bullies. She is kind, smart and devastatingly funny. I admire her as much as she once looked up to me.
She is tiny, but she is mighty!
Don’t let anybody ever tell you what you’re not capable of doing.
