I agree with a lot of the points, but the argument is undermined by what I'll generously call "mistruths". "And the mainstream media intentionally ignored it because they too wanted to believe in the rhetoric." Really? It took me 10 seconds to find the NYT's coverage of the killing. Question the thoroughness and potential bias in the story, yes, but why claim it was "ignored", when it obviously wasn't?
