If a bombardment/invasion started, seize at least Lithuania I can't imagine the Russian Army doesn't have a plan already booked for this seizure. A couple of days to a week, and contiguous land communications to the enclave will be established. Fuck the Baltics. These idiots need to learn about 'Finlandization' along with Finland itself. These people are not anywhere near as nuts as they sounded, and were trying to take advantage of elements of Russian/Soviet psychology/lived experience. If that happened, from their perspective all is lost. The Western public will not tolerate a real war with real privation. Why do you think that there has been literally no move to reindustrialize on a meaningful basis in the last two years? It doesn't take THAT long to set up an artillery shell manufacturing plant, if one were motivated...the Russian nation has demonstrated that.
