I too am very thankful for my son, who recognizes that his trans-identified teenage sister is confused and succumbing to a horrible societal "trend" to deny biological reality, abandon good health, and engage in a fruitless search for "authenticity" in synthetic chemicals, surgeries and outright lies. My son has always been sensible, smart, sweet, protective of his little sister, good humored, and so much more, and his ability to see through the messages that he too was and is bombarded with every day does not surprise me one bit. I am also so thankful to my sister, who listens to my rants, always calmly and compassionately, with great patience. I do not know what I would do without them. Thank you for the reminder!
