Abortion rights, regardless of the framing, comes down to a question of whose life and/or rights takes primacy when two lives come into conflict, and under what circumstances.

You know, like most laws do.

Arguments about “persohood” are bullshit promulgated by both sides to avoid the simple fact that mothers interests are sometimes at odds with the interests of the babies they gestate.
