What goddamn filtering/blocking tool are you using, capable of filtering out this crazy shiba impersonating "movement" (a.k.a. troll farm) for over 2 years?

Two of my friends have shiba dogs, and I have to try very hard to restrain myself from kicking them whenever we meet.
