Hey guys. Sorry if you got a notification I had a video up. I opened a blaster of illusions and I somehow recorded it in slow motion making an 8 minute video 49 mins. I feel dumb. I’ll post “my hits” as soon as my daughter wraps up her basketball season. They are currently 0-7. Will they win the final game? I’m taking action on the game now. I’ll have a pod up later for my payers.
I’m sorry to report that planning nourishing meals, prepping ingredients, moving everyday, strength training, fresh air, sunlight, and consistency do in fact help you to look and feel hot - and, to the dismay of Amazon carts everywhere, greens powders only make you feel broke and annoyed 😒

Over the past 5 days I have been warned to "stay in my lane" and "stick to decluttering". I've been reminded (not so nicely) that no one cares about my political views. I have received a handful of 1-star reviews on Apple Podcasts which threaten to tank my show. I have also lost hundreds of email subscribers.
Still, I must ask: What's the point in having a platform if you don't/won't use it when it matters?

We’ve been on the road from New Hampshire since December 5. We’ve not been close to the ocean since we left Key West and drove along the Atlantic and the Gulf of MEXICO on December 19. In two days, we’ll leave our extended stay in the deserts of the American Southwest and spend time along the Pacific Ocean. It will be grand to be back!

My hate for Trump is not really about politics. And as a Ukrainian, I’d be perfectly entitled to hate him for that.
But my real hate, my real disgust for him, has to do with his behavior as a human being. Just that.

Interesting reading, plenty to agree with. But the people of the so-called Dark Ages took the $#!t of their era and turned it into a fertile compost that grew a robust and thriving civilization for the next 15 centuries. How can we do the same? That’s a futuristic fiction I’d enjoy reading, if any of you long-form authors see this.

So many mixed feelings about Meghan’s new show (yes, I’ve been watching it. It’s very good something-to-keep-me-awake-while-breastfeeding-at-3AM tv). The truth is I’m a 32 YO wife and mom and I actually like floral arrangements and Roy Choi content. So I’m not really complaining? I think my primary pain point is that she’s trying so hard.

My dad called me this afternoon to tell me that the field between our houses was covered with robins, that it wasn’t just one robin that arrived as a sign of spring but a whole field full.

It’s amazing to me what a balm for my soul has been the daily practice of reading and writing poetry. I’ve always loved rhyme and meter and eloquent expression. I’ve read poetry in a few languages and written it in two. Yet, like the Prodigal, I have often neglected to return to this place my soul calls home, even as I tire of the swine foodstuffs of modern life.

By far the fairest and most in-depth explanation of Brutalist architecture I’ve ever read.
Whether it was a result of postwar trauma or an intentional subversion of tradition — I’m sure a bit of both — its fruits are pretty clear.

A well written and balanced account. I would suggest that a greater emphasis could have been noted on the difference approach of the Biden vs Trump staffs during the transistion. One was professional and detail orientated which resulted in some progress. The other did support the work of previous team but now lack the expertise or a road map of how to actually negociate in good faith. This is typical of Trump, all show and no substance.
