I’m not sure what is in the “big, big swaths” that would be upheld. SCOTUS has already demonstrated a willingness to overturn the most important provisions - an end to gerrymandering, end to dark money, limits on campaign donations, an end to discriminatory voter roll purges AND national guarantees on voting rights and voter access in every state. SCOTUS is likely to undo these provisions when Republicans challenge them in court. What’s left?
