The evidence I've seen so far is that the spikeshots dysregulate the immune system so that it no longer effectively quashes many incipient cancers. Many spikeshot-ed people are developing rapidly progressing previously unusual cancers. Also, many people whose cancers had been "cured" or put into remission have had aggressive recurrences. Unfortunately, I don't think these issues fall under CA Prop 65.
