Get on a 60-minute call with someone you serve.
Their problems = your content topics.
Your lessons = your insights.
Done.
Here's what I'm finding: The calls I do fuel exactly what I need to create.
Because I'm not "manufacturing" content.
I'm just documenting what I'm already doing.
Record your calls/lives/looms.
Pull your chat transcripts.
Save your best comment replies.
Document the questions you see/hear/receive.
The work you're already doing IS the content.
A single call could become a post and 5 Notes. A good question you answered can become next week's post. A comment reply you posted can turn into tomorrow's note.
