Nobody in the Treasury will ever reject a cheque if you send it whit whatever you wish to pay ‘for poor people’ but to tax people so that they become poorer than the ‘poor’ people is obscene. In the U.K. there was an uproar when it was suggested that people on benefits (they get the money without working) should not get more than the average wage! Remember that people earning the average wage as opposed to getting a gOvernment cheque, have to pay 45% taxes on that sum!
