India has ~280 SEZs. China has ~45.

​The difference? Ours are the size of a building; theirs are the size of a city. And we are looking at it like a tax consultant while changing the rules of the game.

In my latest post, I look at why we need to start viewing governance as a startup and what it can do for countries and people around the world.

​I also pose a thought experiment: Why do we still have Union Territories in India? Most were created as temporary administrative fixes or colonial remnants that have long since outlived their original purpose.

Instead of letting them stagnate, why not repurpose them as India’s Beta-Testing Grounds? The Center could create the ultimate institutional sandboxes without waiting for a national consensus.
