It's less than a nothing burger. These texts lie somewhere between operational planning (not war plans) and execution (tactical)...a gray zone as far as comms security goes. As you get closer to tactical the demands for security go down. Real time comms are very often unencrypted. Why? Because the effort needed to maintain encryption protocols increases exponentially as you get closer to tactical maneuver.
