The four gospels attributed to Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John were written from 70-110 A.D. ,
approximately. Most people think these four are biographies., which they are to some extent, John's less so, but not always to be taken literally. Each one is the writer's personal experience of knowing Jesus and his followers. Consequently, they often vary in details and the writer's interpretation.
