It's true. Scientists rarely understand entertainment and render themselves useful. I’ve seen this issue, and it becomes a chicken-and-egg problem. If the execs do not respect science and art, it's a dead end even if they hire experts. They have an exact date when they reveal that they don't believe in science, and they only agreed to hire this “science” experiment because someone else on board suggested it. I would rather die trying than pivot every few months to some stupid, blind, nonsensical feature factory BS.
