Not sure what significance you assign to the fact that Hiroshima and Dreden seem a long time ago to you. Also, the fact that these bombings were not announced by leaders in advance "by agitation" made no difference to the innocent civilians immolated. The Israelis want to preserve their state and like governments all over the world their leaders are willing to kill civilians.
