Hirschman has been much on my mind. Voice seems to have not worked, at least so far, but I do wonder if the development of exit options will. But the moat is also much deeper than it looks, and as always people are very eager to make a moral stand at the cost of others (albeit in this case without potentially understanding the costs to others).
