I'm guessing that, like Brian Kemp, she's claiming credit for the Rescue Plan. Kemp is smart enough not to say it, but crows about the surplus in Georgia's budget and uses it to suspend state taxes on gasoline and give teachers raises, never mentioning which pocket it came from.
