Regardless of whether you're a card carrying member of the vaccine church or a skeptic like myself that questions virology in its entirety, heath authorities (if that's what they actually were) would be all hands on deck trying to determine what's killing people. Instead, the overpaid parrots warm their chairs and chant "safe and effective" (or maybe dodos would be a better description).
