Make money doing the work you believe in

An experiment I’m running: don’t bookmark things for notetaking later on.

A stack of index cards by the laptop and in my pocket. If I run across a quote, or a post that gives me an idea, I make a note there and then — or never. (And “never” may often be the right thing, it seems to me!)

This is well written and very relatable: on scrolling to save things for later.

Me being me, I’d want to argue that this is yet another facet of our discomfort with finitude. To read a post now is to commit yourself to using up time on it now, and to gaining whatever you can from it in whatever state of tiredness or distraction you happe…
