After an intense debate at the UN yesterday over allowing foreign journalists into Gaza to document what is happening (which of course Israel won’t allow because … reasons), Israel immediately went ahead and targeted 5 journalists in Gaza, killing them all, just to show it could.
Yes, targeted. Israel has admitted that it targeted journalists.
That is just some AMAZING impunity by Israel, right? Just the biggest FUCK YOU to the international community! “You wanna debate journalism in Gaza? Here, let me kill 5 of the biggest journalists there. Waddya gonna do, assholes?” Wow. Incredible.
Now, obviously, no US mainstream news agencies will cover such a nothing-burger, but I dunno guys, perhaps you might want to take a moment and say something?
Literally anything?
Perhaps you could condemn the dead journalists for not demanding of the other dead journalists if they condemned Hamas sufficiently? Perhaps you could cover the local angle and send to talk to Zionists in America and ask them if the dead journalists should apologize to them for their anti-Zionist stances? Get Senators Booker or Fetterman’s positions?
Now, according to Jonathan Greenblatt, anyone who opposes Zionism, such as these journalists, are inherently antisemitic. Maybe could have Greenblatt on the main pod to condemn these dead, antisemitic journalists?
