A renaissance of the policies of Byzantium would have huge beneficial ramifications for western countries. No Jews in education. No Jews in government or politics; that means no Jews in public positions. No Jews in banking. To bring these policies into the modern age I would add no Jews in media as an addendum to education. The plebs these days are completely informed by media.
