Hey guys. Sorry if you got a notification I had a video up. I opened a blaster of illusions and I somehow recorded it in slow motion making an 8 minute video 49 mins. I feel dumb. I’ll post “my hits” as soon as my daughter wraps up her basketball season. They are currently 0-7. Will they win the final game? I’m taking action on the game now. I’ll have a pod up later for my payers.
I’m sorry to report that planning nourishing meals, prepping ingredients, moving everyday, strength training, fresh air, sunlight, and consistency do in fact help you to look and feel hot - and, to the dismay of Amazon carts everywhere, greens powders only make you feel broke and annoyed 😒

Over the past 5 days I have been warned to "stay in my lane" and "stick to decluttering". I've been reminded (not so nicely) that no one cares about my political views. I have received a handful of 1-star reviews on Apple Podcasts which threaten to tank my show. I have also lost hundreds of email subscribers.
Still, I must ask: What's the point in having a platform if you don't/won't use it when it matters?

We’ve been on the road from New Hampshire since December 5. We’ve not been close to the ocean since we left Key West and drove along the Atlantic and the Gulf of MEXICO on December 19. In two days, we’ll leave our extended stay in the deserts of the American Southwest and spend time along the Pacific Ocean. It will be grand to be back!

My hate for Trump is not really about politics. And as a Ukrainian, I’d be perfectly entitled to hate him for that.
But my real hate, my real disgust for him, has to do with his behavior as a human being. Just that.
