Seems plausible that as broader society labels them conspiracists, they will withdraw to their like-minded folks in internet silos. Also, there could be a runaway feedback: the concentration of like-minded persons (conspiracists) may amplify their (misplaced) confidence in their conspiracies via confirmation biases.
